When Gypstitch Embroidery got in touch with me about setting up a shoot - I wanted nothing more than to get in the studio with her jackets. Turns out, she wanted a moody beach shoot. So we scouted and found a great location.
And, on the day of the shoot, the clouds rolled in and gave us rain.
Well, instead of cancelling the shoot and losing out on a great bouquet of flowers she had specifically crafted for this, I called an audible and we built a small studio in the Gypstitch workshop.
And that’s about the only time the rain has made my day.
